Foe this part of the assignment, I made an online tour in the British museum via Google Street map. I find it to be a very convenient method of making a trip through the museum, not only because London is currently in Lockdown but also because I’m restricted at my home country and unable to return to Britain. I went to see not only the gallery part of the tour, but also the historical and collection sections. Despite of it’s convenience however, I find the motion and movement of exploration to be glitchy and sometimes rather annoying. There are situations where I got stuck in a corner and couldn’t made it out of the area because of how confusing the controls were.
Generally I think this technology has a lot of potential but it is yet to be improved and advanced. I think in a couple more years, it could be developed in to something really extraordinary!
